Code of ethics

A great deal of the information we handle is confidential and strict regulations govern how we handle it.

We comply with specific industry regulations for information management.
We guarantee the privacy of all personal data. This means that the content of individual interviews cannot be given to third parties. We guarantee our customers that confidentially purchased corporate information is not sold or otherwise communicated to third parties.

Fürst Scandinavian Research complies with the International code of ethics for market Research established by ICC/ESOMAR.

Surveys in Sweden are monitored by ERM, Etiska Rådet för Marknadsundersökningar (the Ethical Council for Market Research). The main task of ERM is to ensure that ICC/ESOMAR’s international market research standards are respected by industry stakeholders. This includes being very clear about the boundary between market research on the one hand, and marketing and sales on the other.

Fürst Scandinavian Research is a member of MSPA, the Mystery Shopping Providers Association Europe.

We are also members of SÖK, Sweden’s Market Researchers.
