Today, the method has largely been replaced by phone and online surveys. Postal surveys mean that you send out questionnaires by regular mail, which are then completed and returned.
We manage the entire process, we arrange the printing of the questionnaires, put them in envelopes and send them out together with return envelopes.
We collate the questionnaires and enter the information in our databases. We call and remind any respondents who have not returned their questionnaires.
Relatively frequently, we combine short phone interviews with supplementary questionnaires that are sent out by post.
