Our interviewers undergo basic training before they can work in the field and many interviewers have considerable experience in the industry.
The training has a particular focus on ethics and the rights of the respondent, as well as the importance of good interview techniques.
Our moderators guide and follow-up the interviewers on an ongoing basis, and we have good systems and procedures to address any quality issues.
